I prefer to earn your business. I will not ask you to sign a contract for residential lawn care. If you would to stop doing business, please just let us know and it can be arranged. Also, why should you pay for mowing services in the months your lawn in covered in snow?!
This may seem like a given, but this is one of the biggest complaints about other lawn care companies. I will double check and ensure that your gate is closed and locked (if applicable) so that you don't find your dog down the street.
Other companies will show up to your property with the same mower they just used to mow their 20 acre commercial property. I will use residential zero turns and push mowers that will not leave ruts in your lawn.
A very common complaint about lawn care companies is that they are impossible to get ahold of. If I am not able to answer your call right away, I will call or email you back within 24 hours.
I will service your property on the same day, and roughly the same time, every week. If something comes up that causes it to be rescheduled, I will reach out to you in advance to work around any scheduled events.
As I said before, I prefer to earn your business. I am dedicated to making sure I have happy customers. If there are any issues with service to your property, I will do my best to work with you and make them right. If there is an issue I cannot fix, I will bring in someone who can.
